Ready-To-Use Oven Line

The Ready-to-Use Oven line consists of four models, differing in size. Each model features a dome and a cooking surface made from a special refractory blend, which withstands high temperatures and retains heat for an extended period (thermal flywheel effect). This allows food to be cooked even without a flame once the desired temperature is reached.

The Ready-to-Use ovens can operate with wood or gas. They can be equipped with a gas burner, properly calibrated based on the oven size, generating a powerful flame with performance comparable to wood but with easier use and better temperature control.
