Assembly Kit Composition

• Dome: Composed of multiple interlocking elements that fit together during assembly. The special refractory blend provides resistance to high temperatures and maintains heat for long periods, even after the flame is extinguished, ensuring wood savings.
• Cooking surface: Made from large, shaped refractory elements that are pressed and fired, offering high resistance to wear and acting as a thermal flywheel to retain heat for extended cooking times.

Assembly Kit Ovens can accommodate up to 10-12 pizzas and are also perfect for cooking meat, fish, bread, desserts, and vegetables. Additionally, the exterior can be customized and finished to match your personal taste and the style of your venue.
